How to find spec, year made, measure a hobie kayak

Hi am new to the form and new to kayaking... I brought a hobie, was told a mirage outback but plate for the serial # has been gone so I have the following question maybe that way i can find the year and model.
1. how to measure the length of the kayak, nose to tail without the rudder? I measure mine that way it's 139 inches. so it's 11'6" no mirage fits that length.
2. once I find the year who do I find spec of it, it seems like there is no where on hobie.com to find spec for older model and perhaps picture of each model so i can compare.

First find the serial number. There is no "plate" to be lost. It is hand engraved in each hull.
