I upgraded my 2013 PA-14, ST Turbo Mirage drive last January and these are the individual part numbers needed to convert it to the GT drive.
1 each idler pulley-GT with bearings P/N 81123001 @ $7.00
2 each sprockets GT with bearings P/N 81127001 @ $22.00 each
2 each drum-GT with bearings P/N 81175001 @ $40.00 each

And lastly, since the drums did not have the pedal adjustment decals installed as I expected, I ordered after the fact;
2 each decals, pedal adjustment P/N 81172001 @ $0.70 each.

The total is $132.40 list price and I can confirm, it's worth the $$, time and effort to make the GT conversion

Here is the link to make the upgrade http://static.hobiecat.com/item_attachm ... 01z117.pdf
Although it does not show greasing the bearings, I used Evinrude Johnson Triple-Guard Grease..it's blue, totally waterproof and won't wash out in use.....the stuff is really sticky and you don't need much grease to do the job.
Make sure you use a small amount of "Blue Loctite" on the turbo fin threaded shafts prior to screwing back into the new sprocket inserts.
Good luck!

Thank you Dr.SteelheadCatcher. I'm heading to east Baja for the month of September. The extra parts can be spares.

How many of each part did you order? The math doesn't add up
in total do I need ?
2 idler pulley-GT with bearings P/N 81123001 @ $7.00
4 sprockets GT with bearings P/N 81127001 @ $22.00 each
4 drum-GT with bearings P/N 81175001 @ $40.00 each

Thanks and sorry for my confusion

You only need 1 idler pulley....it's the "round one up front" ...unless you have 2 Mirage drives to up date....I thought you were doing just a single drive, but adding in spares, double the quantity in my previous reply.
Don't forget the "decals" too.

So, to upgrade 1 Mirage drive, the list price for all the items is $132.40 or $264.80 for 2 drives/spares.
Your Hobie Dealer can easily reconfirm these P/N's and cost.
Hope you have a good/safe time in Baja.

I easily picked up speed without actually peddling harder. I find I need to purposely slow down my cadence from time to time to bring my speed down.
