Just wondering if someone has summarized routine care and maintance of the H16, together with safety checks.

Specific tips are useful. What is the best way to clean out and lubricate the traveler tracks, for instance. Which product works best as lubricant.

A lot of folks use Sailkote by McLube. I think its pretty expensive at $15 a can. I use regular $3 hardware store silicone spray on sail tracks etc and WD-40 on hard surfaces (blocks, travelers etc). Marine grease on cams. My theory is that if you boat stays in the water a lot or parked out in the rain you need to re-lube before each sail day. Cheaper the better.
