I am selling my Tiger ST main and jib. The jib will not work on a H18 as it is self-tacking but the main will fit an SX and can be converted to fit a SE. I will sell the main and a custom sized boom to go with it for $350. The main has been repaired twice, once by Melvin and Morelli and the second repair was done by Whirlwind( window replacement). This was originally Dan Delaves main. Comes with foam battens, head has been altered to work with H18.

The Tiger main is 18" longer than a SE main. The fix to the top plate is simple and if I were to modify this sail to fit an SE I would take the 18" out of the top. The ST has a small squaretop and wouldn't be too large 18" down. You would need a sailmaker to do this but it should be rather inexpensive as you are removing cloth.

Awesome! any discount without the boom? Also, could you use the jib as a non-selftacker (at least for now)? As you said in one of your earlier posts, the Tiger main + jib combo is already tried and true, whereas the Tiger main + H18 jib would be awkward...

The boom is a freebie on this deal, a stock boom will not work. I really don't think the jib will work, sheet angles will be wrong. My boat has a self tacking jib system like a Tiger, not the standard blocks on the tramp. There is another interested so let me know if you are ready to move on it.

i know about the sheeting angles, I would move the blocks for now, and try to find a selftacker system soon. Could you email me the pics? [email protected], also, how much extra would the jib cost? Thanks
