Panama City Kayak Fishing in Feburary

Well when I can, I have been fishing the creeks and then moving out onto the flats as it warms up... trout and reds on ss minnows, cal doa, doa shrimp, I even caught a bass, that tells you how far north I was...lol
Wed I got Ana out on a yak for the first time, I think she enjoyed the picture taking more then the fishing...lol it was 70 and just perfect. She loved the Hobie revo and liked being able to peddle while snapping pics and fishing. Feburary in Florida can be amazing!!

I didn't see Brad out there fishing with you two. Is he still hibernating? I am glad to hear you guys are finding the bite. Not long before the pompano start running, then come the cobia.

First Cobia was caught the other day off the pier, LOVE this time of year...and it's come a few weeks early!

I heard that about the cobia in PC. That is great news. I have not seen anything over this way yet. I am sure someone will catch something later this week if it will warm up again.
