...How is it done? How do you cross rig the trapeze lines under the tramp? and how do you rig and attatch a spinakker to a Hobie 16?

Just like it sounds. Cross the bungees. The front trap connects to the aft on the opposite side.

There are spinnaker instructions on the support pages. Link is above.
