 Post subject: Dry boats?

Feel a little silly for asking this but oh well...I've seen boats advertised a "dry" what exactly does that mean? I guess I'm wondering if mine are dry or not, 14&18. If they in fact are not dry is there anything that can be done to make them so?

First, pressure test them using a vacuum cleaner and soap ... you look for "Bubbles" ....

2) Mark and seal any place you see "Bubbles" ....

dry would indicate that the foam core is not saturated with water.
