I'm just kind of tire (hull?) kicking now trying to feel out what my best option is to buy a 16. What is the MSRP of a Hobie 16 these days, I can't seem to find it anywhere.

My local dealer just sold one with trailer and trailer box for $11,000. I was surprised at the price being high but it was bought by a lawyer who probably just cashed in on all the BP oils spill stuff going on here in Pensacola and never haggled. The hulls are 2009 but brand new from the box. I believe retail for just the Hobie is just under $10,000.

yeah its just under 10k for just the boat. with trailer and other "nice options" its 13k, got qoutes from a few dealers.
