Hi;
I have been leaving my TI on my beach (cable locked) during the summer. As far as I can see, there are no ill effects from the rain. One minor concern is the anchor hole (I'm sure there is a proper name!) for the mast. It fills with water and seems to have no drain.

Is it OK to let this sit full (summer weather, of course)? Alternately, is there any way to drill a drain hole in the bottom without mucking up something else?

I am looking to buy a cover as well, but haven't found a good source yet.

Do not drill a hole. Possibly keep covered or tip the boat on its side to drain.
