looking for advise on what to inject when fixing delam between the tramp posts. Have read that either works fine, but looking to get some advice on experiences using both or either

I have used both.

Git Rot is great if you have moisture in the delam area and can not seem to get it to dry out. It is thinner though and runs out of the breather holes easier which can be messy.

If moisture is not an issue use Westmarine Epoxy resin - cheaper and stays put.

I sailed to Nausuem once, puked the whole way.

Hey, it's argumentum ad nauseam. Get it right. "Nausea" is Latin for "no sea" used by hurling Roman seamen.
