I have a Hobie Outback that I store upside down on a kayak trailer. Doe any one have pictures or advice on how to attach a "Hobie Lorance Fishfinder" on the "inside of the kayak" so it can continue to stay stored upside down. I want to continue storing "upside down" because it is the most prefered storage method. Thanks

The standard installation will allow upside down storage.

Here's how we install a fishfinder using the full size fishfinder installation kit. Compared to the compact fishfinder installation kit, this kit comes with a larger 12V battery for running your fishfinder for extended periods of time and allows you to install compact and full size fishfinders. http://youtu.be/St68N3bxFvU

Problem is still not solved. The 1st two solutions posted shoed YouTube videios of the ram mount on the "top deck" of the kayak. How can I slide and store my kayak "up side down" with a ram mount attached to the deck?

You can mount the RAM ball mount in the pocket or the cup holder.

If you rerun the 8.2 minute Hobie video.....at the 4.2 to 5.04 minute section, the video has been edited to now show a yellow/golden papaya color hull being use.
I installed my Ram mount as shown in this section of the video......I installed it in the right/starboard side "tray", just behind the "down rudder pull handle"....locate the Ram mount so the spectra line does not run into the mount when cleating the down rudder line in the lock position....there are no issues once the kayak is turned upside down as you inquired.

One major point that is not addressed is to MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DRILL INTO THE SPECTRA LINES INSIDE THE HULL.
Always check inside the hull so you do not cut the lines :)
