While playing on the lake, i went up against a 21ft. racer. Even with my st turbo fins, there was "no way" i could keep up. I did feel better though when he looked backed and did a double take. :lol:

How long was the race? Ask him to go for an hour and see where the two of you come out.

Sculling boat? The longer and steaper the angle of the chine the faster the boat.

You aren't likely to defeat a sculling boat, nor a racing kayak if the user is in good competition trim. But, if the user is in the same condition as you are, the Mirage Drive will do well over a longer course.

You can beat just about any paddler. Just include in the race rules that you have to be drinking a beer while racing.
