South Florida Newbie Question for Matt Miller, or anyone who knows? My dealer just told me that my new TI was shipped on Monday August 15TH. It is my understanding from a previous topic that it will be a 2012 model with whatever improvements that entails. Is that true?
I am dissapointed with Trailex, it seems they are way behind in the manufacturing of the 350 -S trailer. I ordered over a month ago and they still can't even give a shipping date.
looks like I am finally gonna have my new Red TI, but with nothing to haul it to the water on.
In any case, I can't wait to get my hands on it, hopefully sooner, rather than later.

I'm thinking that it would be. I recieved my AI a week after the 4th of July holiday and was told by my dealer that it was a 2012.

Just for giggles, ENSURE your dealer does NOT have a "warehouse" and you are in fact getting the item directly from Hobie through him!

When I first started looking a few years back this is exactly what happened to me. I found a good overall combo price and ordered but after two weeks, still no boat. Obviously I went to complain.
That dealer showed me the transportation manifest and there it was...His warehouse, the previous year model. NOPE! Refund or I stop the CC tansaction right here and now.

The reason I say all this...I Live in Calif and found a dealer I LOVE! I ordered two AI's and they had them in four days direct from Hobie.

I love my Ai's but for God's sake Hobie, getting those things out of the boxes and protective packaging took years out of my life. TY anyway
