Do these holes look normal on my 2011 Revo?

Those look like "blow holes". Easily fixed with a quick plastic weld. These can happen when pressure inside the mold is different that the exterior while cooling. Sometimes they have small bubbles covering them and then burst or wear through in use.

I would consider it warranty. Contact your dealer, yes. We will pay for any repair labor, no problem. It's really simple and clean to repair. You should not see anything if they do it right.

Thanks Matt, I'm not surprised you guys will stand behind it. You guys are a great group of people. This is my 4th Hobie and I have always been treated great. It is the service after the sale that keeps me buying Hobies. Thanks again,
