Great suggestions. I think that "thinness" might be an issue. Also the temps here have gone from the mid 60s to mid thirties. The hulls are stiffening for the most part and I'm at three quarts now.
I think I'll continue to wait for this round to harden and when it gets warm again I'll drill in a few different places and see how that goes.

just another git rot tip
I parked the boat in the hot summer sun and drilled the holes and kept them covered when rain predicted it seemed to help get rid of the free water
Git rot gets my thumbs up award I also like Marine Tex and dow 5200 I keep all of these in my HOBIE HELL BOX :D

Just finished mine, had delam on all four ends. Took a little less than a quart.
