Does anyone know where I can find the Hobie Mesh Pocket net for sale by itself or by the roll? I need to replace 7 of those things and I'd much rather just replace the material than buy the material and the frames at $10 each. Any suggestions?

I would go to wal mart and buy a dirty clothes bag. It is a little smaller mess, but should hold up as well and the orginal mess. But the frame would be another matter unless you could use the one that came with the hobie? Good Luck

I'm trying to find the actual material, or something similar that's water resistant like the tramps material. The frames I have are good and that's the reason I'm only looking for the mesh material. Thanks for the suggestion!

The factory material is worthless. Mine stretched out to the point of being unusable after one use !

If that really happened to your pockets - please call your dealer, and they can get you some free replacements. (We did have a run of pockets earlier on in production that had weaker bungee on top, but the mesh is unchanged and has been working well on thousands of kayaks) The shock cord on top is the variable - we made a change in production, and the current build has been holding up really nice. Of course with time and sun exposure nothing will last forever - but luckily these items (bungee and pockets) are easily replaced and not too expensive either.
