Thanks

Put the new forestay and the new pig tail between the 2 shrouds, there will be a total of 4 wires on that shackle.

The line should already be strung thru the blocks, if not let us know and we will help you with that as well. it looks like 2 much line but it works out nicely.

hope this helps let us know if you need anything else!

New forestay?

Been thinking about this mod on our boat. "Thought" I would only need the new pigtail, have the blocks.

Is the new forestay longer? :?

depend on what forestay you have, the kit comes with a new one, if your using the jib halyard where the forestay attaches to the bottom of the jib block you will need to get a new one, if it already goes to the mast tang then you should be good to go.

I am not sure on the length.......I would have to measure it, I am going to be out of the shop until Monday, shoot me an e-mail if you would like me to measure one on Monday for you, someone on here may be able to get it faster.

Just measured the latest version yesterday... 18' 7 1/4"

It is a foot longer than the original lower forestay because it goes direct to the shroud shackle. No pigtail or halyard block.
