I have another post on here about a boat that I am buying. It is a hobie 14T. I have never rigged a hobie before. If you have any advice about things that are normally done wrong I would appreciate it.

Did you get the manual?

This is available on the website under the "Support" heading at the top of this page. Choose "Product Support" and then Product Support again under the Sailboat heading when the page loads. Scroll down the list to the right and see each model. Scroll down to Hobie 14. The manual is an Acrobat pdf.
