I have a Wave, not a Getaway so feel free to void my vote.
I upgraded the upper block to a Harken to gain ratcheting action. I actually did it so I could stay uncleated more, not be able to uncleat faster. Therefore I left the lower fiddle stock.
For that purpose, I am very pleased. It has allows me to stay uncleated in winds high enough to make the Wave race along stupid fast without tiring my arms so quickly.
Call me a wimp but I'm just recovering from 14 months of frozen shoulder so my arm strength is just now getting back to normal. This let me play around a lot more in the early season compared to last year when I had to risk keeping it cleated in my crazy, gusty bay if I wanted to go fast.
