I recently got a new Pa 14 my question is about the Mirage drive are all drives interchangeable . I have some early stainless steel drives pre 2005 . Can I put turbo fins on this drive? The shafts are not screw in or installed with a allen screw they appear to be held in with cotter pins .Can I use turbo fins and new shafts on this drive if I drill shafts to accept cotter pins ? Will this drive work on a 2014 hull ? How reliable were the old drives ?

Get Turbo kit 72065 to fit the original stainless steel sprockets. The masts are drilled for and include cotter keys.

Old drives need a new drum shaft to work with Click and Go hulls. The original shafts can spin in the spine and cause the levers to trip open.
