No suggestions, but some advice. Look for a name that speaks to you, that has a meaning to you. Then sleep on it and let it simmer in your mind.
Don't try to tie in catamaran or cat (unless that speaks to you.)
I've had a bunch of daysailers, and have only named 2. My first Hobie 17 was named Harry. (Well, Harry the Hobie, but that wasn't why. I'm not sure why.) My current Getaway is named Firefly from the TV series.
My canoe is named Lightning Bug (after Firefly) and my car is named Serenity (from the Firefly TV series and was actually named before my Getaway.)

Lovin the Firefly Luv !!!
If I have one more person ask if the Brown Coats emblem on my t-shirt is some kind of Captain America logo, I'm going to have to "shoot them.....politely."

I use to sail on a Pearson 10M called Bull Ship

Overkeel fits pretty well seeing as we don't have keels.

On a related note, I just sold Serenity (my VW Jetta) and bought a bright red Scion xB. Her name (I don't know why, but this car is definitely a "she") is....Red Dwarf! (Also a science fiction/humorous TV series).
