Hi Ricky, no it's not the same dealer. Sorry to hear of the woes.
In the end, after time and hassle, I did get everything rectified with the dealer in Miami, Adventure Sports. They did put in a claim for me on the mast and Hobie (bless their hearts) did honor the warranty even past the 2 year time frame. So all is good and the TI runs beautifully upon the Big Blue.
