When do 2016 H16's come out? any new sail colors?

They started making them a few months ago - the model year starts in August.

You can get any hull color you want, as long as it's white. :P
(Actually, Hobie Cat will make any color hull you want, but you'll need to get your wallet out first.)

Sail colors work the same way. If you want a custom-color sail, it's only a matter of time and $ (and if the color sailcloth is in stock).

Thank you for the info! things I would've never guessed actually. Perhaps if I visited a dealer they would've told me. I'll put that on the to do list :D
