I picked up a used pro angler 14', old style, and wanted to know if the grab bars could be swapped out for the hbar grab bars.

Here is the upgrade kit from Austin Kayak. It was in stock a couple of weeks ago, but looks like it is 1-2 weeks out now.

There's a set on eBay right now for the 12 and the 14. The folks at Select Sail and Sports in Omaha, Ne are supposed to be getting some in this week or next also.
