What would be the best way to clean slime and gunk out of the hulls?

I guess there has been a small amount of water in there for who knows how long. Mueratic acid? lime away? CLR?

Open the drain plug, pull off the access hatch behind the front crossbar, and reach in with a hose and spray it out. Tilt the bow up so the water drains and leave the hatch covers off until the inside is completely dry.

If you just run water through you wont really get enough flow out the drain plug to remove all the dirt/sand/gunk buildup because it will just sink below the level of the drain hole. I was just cleaning out my hulls and found a ton of sand trapped in the back that wouldn't come out. I duct taped vinyl tubing to my shop vac hose and was able to get it in through the drain plug hole (remove the drain housing for extra space) and suck out almost all of it.
