I have a 2008 Outback, have had issues the last 3 times out with the rudder not deploying initially after launching. Once it is deployed it does come up and goes back down without a problem. Not sure where to start to "tune up" my rudder. It has had no maintenance since it was purchase by me used back on 2010.
Any suggestions/help appreciated.
Thanks
