Hi to all the users.

After reading this wonderful forum , and getting a little help from Mr Miller to my questions, i have upgraded to a new 2016 PA14 Kayak.

I wish we had here in Israel many lakes and shores to fish from. but i am sure what we have will do.

I did go last Friday for a few hours to the sea of Galilee for a test run and it was a blast/
As someone who owned a Trident 15 , and know what it is to raw for 2 straight hours to be able to get to shore, i was amazed by the agility, speed and handling of this boat.

Until the end of may we can't go fishing in the Mediterranean sea due to regulation ,but i cannot wait to put the boat in the sea in a couple of weeks.

Would like to thank you all for posting your ideas for improvements , your pictures are awesome.

Have a fun Day

Zohar

Zohar, you remind me of n ole friend. Yet the chances are slim to none. 35 yrs ago allot has changed as have myself. You aren't a ole para13 by chance? Just curious,,, You wish for lakes n such but the sea of Galilee has to be a heck of a ride.lol :D. Congrats on you new PA 14.
I have a new Hobie PA 14 as well, n the wife does too. So very bust rigging it up as of 22May2016. Really hard deciding on trolling motors. Anyone have any thoughts?

I have looked hard at torqeedo 403 ultralight n bassyak n now lookin into bowmounting n a 24v. Yet not cazy about two heavy gell batteries in the aft. I have heard nothin but good about the torqeedo 403. Waiting for stock to get in the states. Ty

TookTook......as you have found the Hobie Mirage Drive makes kayaking much more enjoyable and "hands free fishing" is the bonus!
I know you will enjoy your new ride 8)
