Yes, he is the dealer where I bought the kayak some years ago and he is the official representative of Hobie in Greece.
I have already contacted him with full details and photos from the problematic area 3 times, but with CC also to hobie's support office.. No answer from him and 1 answer from hobie saying that " I had to contact him"
