I like the Tackle Bin, but as it's designed for the H-Rail system, I'm wondering if anyone has used it in something like a Revo 16 without any H-Rails? There's no room for H-Rails on a Revo without compromising safe entry and exiting, never mind the whacking of knees and elbows, buuutttt I really like the Bin's features, so has anyone come up w/ a clever way of mounting one?

-- Thx

liked the added utility of an H-Bar.
not 100% ideal but it allows me for adding some items.

had to DIY some mounts and later on changed to an aftermarket riser as the Hobie ones was a bit low and the angle too severe...

I was going to recommend mounting a 21" H-rail behind the seat. Mounting will require cutting the h-rail down in length a bit. Behind the seat would be a rather convenient location for a tackle bin if you're comfortable with turning around in your seat. Part no. 84626101

The H Crate fits back there well and has lots of H bar to mount to. Might be a good option for some guys without having to drill holes. Image

It would also keep stuff out of the water that fills the tankwell on the revo 16. If you have a crate there you could hang it of the front

but drill some holes on the bottom of the tackle bin...
even with the elevated setup, i get half a cup of water in it at end of day...
