Waterproof Electric Connection

Looking for a few good waterproof connections, 10 gauge wire.....any recommendations....

I use these waterproof heat shrink crimp connectors and then more heat shrink over top. I like the heat shrink that has the glue inside it's a little thicker.

Thanks, but I need something that can be removed on a per trip basis. I need to remove the trolling motor for transport.
