Hobie sells alternative jib battens that a super thin and flexible fiberglass. I have no experience with them, but hear they are nice. They are not class legal either. Check the catalogue, they are in there.

Look in the classified section in the Hobiecat main index, John Mills has some for sale under "need to make room". You also might check out ebay, or talk to other sailors in your area. Also check out some of the "used sails" companies on the internet. Where are you located?, someone on the forum may have some close to you.
I would suggest trying to find some used ones, but if you want new ones check the Hobie catalogue.

I use the Super Battens listed in the Hobie Catalog. They are great, never hang up on the mast and give the jib good shape in light air. I highly recommend them.

Rivet a cheek block on the side of your mast to get the jib halyward out of the way. Works well, doesn't mess with the performance.
