What is wrong with Hobie????

My warranty claim was approved 8 months ago and I still have not received any parts.

My dealer is so frustrated she suggested I try to contact them. Neither customer service rep, D. Caballaro or the VP of Sales and Marketing J. McBride has had the common courtesy to respond to my emails.

What is left do? I have a $10,000 unusable sailboat and no idea if it will usable again.

Is Hobie really this mismanaged?

I guess all I can do now is tell the world what a bad customer service experience I am having.

Are other people being treatments this way by Hobie?

It looks like there is some progress resolving the issue.
A sail has been shipped and they are working on a way to ship the mast.
I'm crossing my fingers that this will be resolved soon.

With help from upper management I did receive the warranty replacement parts.
It seems that the Hobie company is going through some changes and I hope they are able to get back to being the world-class company they can be.
