I was fixing up a friend's Adventure and didn't want to waste more money on replacement parts than necessary.
Here's a way to fix the mesh pockets, reusing the old frames.
Before:

Product -- each cargo net makes two pocket meshes:

Stretch mesh over board so that it expands enough for our pocket frame to fit within the mesh. Nail margins to hold in place.
Insert male side of frame between mesh layers. Slip a piece of paper between the layers first (not shown).
Make sure the mesh rests between the pegs (not on them).

Place the other frame half on the mesh and press together:

Clamp the elastic band to the frame to hold it in place under mild tension. Snip mesh off around pocket frame:

Clamp the tops as shown to keep tension the elastic top:

Carefully install the frames and voila!

Notes: Try not to let the mesh fall out of frame. If you have to slip it back in, needle nose pliers are handy.
When removing clamps, firmly press frame into boat to keep elastic from moving. Screw right through elastic.
Be patient. The second one will go on much faster.
You used both sides of the first cargo net. You still have an extra in case you screw up or need a mesh cargo net!
