I was wondering if anyone had any tips for better managing kayaking trips and equipment loans or rentals at the same time. Sometimes I find myself with several requests at once and it quickly becomes complicated to keep track of everything, especially when I also want to enjoy the water myself. I've been thinking about small methods or tools to centralize schedules and avoid duplication, but I don't want anything too complicated. Even a simple organization system or a small, discreet tool could suffice.
