Hi all -

(First Post). I have an 02 Getaway and recently bought some ez loc rudders (which I suspect came from a Wave originally). They tiller arms bend upward (but not inward). I have replaced the pintles on the hulls with the longer ez loc style ones and as I was mounting the rudders, I noticed the upward bend in the tiller arms. Will this cause issues for me? Should I seek out straight tiller arms or will these be okay?

They will work, but they’ll be awkward. I borrowed a set of wave rudders once to help diagnose a rudder problem, and they solved the problem (I had a bad from the mold concave rudder). They were awkward with the bend though. You’ll be better off getting the correct arms for them if you can
