Today at the lake some guy showed up who had owned a Hobie 16 for three years but only had it on the water once because last time he flipped and couldn't get it upright.
He asked me to help him rig and go out on his 16 with him, so I did and let me tell you I was impressed. I have a H14 and it always seemed kinda iffy as to whether it was going to stay right side up or not, but the 16 was really a nice ride. Granted his was in amazing shape.
Long story short I taught him alot and managed to pitchpoll the 16 hard. I was so used to my Nacra and being able to run the hulls under I just didn't think about it and punched the bows into a powerboat wake and there we went.
