I attempted to repair a soft spot just forward of the pylon on the h16. I did every thing according to the beachcats article. i used Epoxy resin.

When i tried to inject the resin it would not go in. i thought at first it had to do with the breather holes so i re drilled holes an inch from the hole i was injecting from. The resin was easy flowing. it seemed like it should flow of the syringe. it shot 6 ft threw the air.

know i have some holes half filled with resin and a soft spot. Any idea what went wrong? Any idea's on how to fix it?

Just a few ideas... Did you drill into the deck and all the way to the inner layer of glass? Inside the delam area? You have to pierce the possible delam layer. You should then be able to pass resin down the hole and across the delam layer and out a breather hole.

I used a bent nail to make channels into the foam when I did mine. I did mine in two batches. One without and one with. The channels make a huge difference. I just made four channels, east, west, north, south. It practically fell out of the bottle into the delam after that.
