I'm in the process of purchasing a used Hobie cat 16'. I was told that I should buy new rigging for the boat.

Does anyone know of a list of things that I should go ahead and change prior to sailing her.

I've never actually put a gel coat on a boat before is there a website where I can find out how to do this?

I'm also looking for a pair of 5 spoke 12 in? wheels for a trailer.

Thank you,

D[/img]
