Why is it that most of the posts fit real nice on my monitor, other one's are too wide and I have to scroll back and forth to read the entire line?

Usually happens when someone inserts a picture somewhere in the thread.

Usually because of attached images or URL's that screw up the standard line wrap setting. I don't think there's anything you can do about it.

You know... If you upgraded that Commodore 64 you're using to surf the net, you wouldn't have so much trouble.

Unfortunately, that's not going to help you get parts any sooner. In fact, I'm pretty sure UPS quit delivering to Oklahoma because of all the doofi up there.

Next time you need a sailing lesson, come on down. I'm sure TC can help you out until you reach the advanced stages.

Very impressive use of the Latin plural. You've inspired me.

You can use the BBCode for making URLs into links:

[url=(link goes here, w/o parentheses)]Link text goes here, w/o space between text and command brackets[/url]

Thus a URL like this: http://www.mobilegeographics.com:81/locations/83.html

can be shortened to this: Alameda Tides

If you're not a programmer and/or can't remember the BBCode then just save the above instructions on your computer for easy accessibility.

http://www.tinyurl.com is another excellent way to turn a long url into a short one.

Goes with one of my other favorite Latin phrases,

veni, vedi, vici, beer
