Is this a class "feature"?

It seems like the Revolution, both with the Sailing and normal rudder, but more noticeable with the sailing rudder, makes a much tighter turn to port than it does to starboard.

Im going to recheck the degrees it goes each side again today, but on the water yesterday if I needed a tight turn, I chose port, if it was just a lazy turn or didnt care or had to, then starboard.

Sounds like your right/left lines are not trimmed correctly for equal throw of the rudder to port and starboard. It's an easy adjustment -- just follow the directions in the users manual.

Nod, readjusted them earlier, will take it out later to see. But was curious if with them adjusted for max throw to each side, it seems like the Twist and Stow drum blocks like 5 degrees of turn on one side that it doesnt on the other?

Ok, after adjusting the left and right lines for max throw both ways earlier today (note, thats max throw, not equal throw) I definitely turn tighter to port than to starboard.

This is with the sailing rudder. Im not sure if maybe it pops out of its notch when going to starboard? And its less than it was yesterday, but still a noticeable difference.

Archae did you ever discover the reason for the difference in port/starboard turning radius?
