Some Hobie dealers are unresponsive

I emailed two Hobie dealers close to me because I want to buy an Oasis. Didn't get a single reply. I even drove over and hand delivered a list to one of the dealers, and wrote my email address on the list so they could email me back with prices. Still did not get a reply! Is business so good that these guys can afford to dismiss a customer who emails you then hand delivers you a list?

Anyway, I then emailed a dealer 70 miles from me, and he kindly replied, and I will be spending my money with him on an Oasis, and many Hobie accessories. I won't do business with people who brush me off. I will drive far out of the way to take my business elsewhere.

my local hobie dealer doesnt check his emails that often either but is always there to answer phone calls or someone on his staff is unfortunately the email revolution is not the only way to talk to someone So dont get upset if they dont email you back, pickup a quarter and call some one

I tried calling a dealer and got some blowhard teenager that didn't even know what the Mirage drive was. So I emailed my list. I even hand delivered a list on paper, and was not responded to. Anyway, I found a dealer that is in the 21st century and answered my email and was eager for my business.
