Advice on Hobie 14 price...

Matt, you should see what I did with this OLD 14 I found behind this guys barn. I realize that putting a dress on a pig, still leaves us with a pig, but the dress I put on this pig sure is pretty. New everything, and the paint came out really nice. I'll get a picture up by the weekend.
The Mrs. already put her foot down on my chances of going 14ing in DE in Sept.
I DO get to go to MWE next spring though.......maybe you'll leave the Tiger, 16, 17 (what boat don't you have?) home and bring the new 14.

Chris, you should know that it isn't over until it's over.

There's still 5 months between now and the 14's in DE. A lot can happen between now and then.

I know a good lawyer if you need one.

The biggest problem is the 18/20 Nationals a week before. I'll end up taking the week off work for that, plus I am doing alot of the organizing for it before, then we'd need another week to get to and from DE to sail. You never know, maybe someone else will go from here and can haul my boat and I'll fly out.
Forget the lawyer, she gets pissed at me and mutters somthing like 'until death do us part, which is soon' It scares the hell out of me everytime.

ps; We have two new 14 sailors here looking for 6 batten mains if you happen to know where we can find a few not new ones.
