I highly recommend "Virtual Skipper 5" :D

Excellent way to practice tactics, and see the rules in play. Quite a few of us got through the Pacific Northwest winter last year online, and we had a blast. :!:

Thanks for the tips. Hey Old School, do you ever get out on your tiger in Dec.? My parents live in Auburn, Wa and we are coming down at Christmas time. I would give my left nut to get out on a tiger. I live in the sticks and have never seen another hobie on the water other than mine. Let me know, thanks.

 Naw, my boats all tucked in for the winter.
You'd freeze both of them off if you fell in.

Thanks for getting back to me. I sail early May and the water is about 45 deg. with outside weather of 55 deg. We freeze but we have such a short time before winter comes back.

Hey Roy. I hade a great summer. I had the time of my life learning how to sail, I'm hooked!! I met up with a guy named Dick White from Saskatoon. He is into lasers but also sails a hobie 16'. Great guy and sailer. He helped me out lots. I was able to get out over 30 times in three months. I took my hobie out to gleenwood in Calgary to sail with my brother. It was a crasy day with the wind coming from every dir. We piched polled twice, bending my mast. Someone at the boat ramp called the fire dept. when they saw our hobie on its side. How was your summer? Did you get out much? I got three of my friends hooked and they have all bought hobies. Here comes the next hobie fleet!
