Where's my Cat? Record-breaking snowfall here in the Inland NW. Probably not as much as some of you might have known, but still a pain in the @#$ to deal with.

I'd wished I would have covered it before the snow hit. Now I'm just trying to keep a path cleared to my cars. Three months to go...

It might be a pain in the ass for you but it sure is beautiful. I probably won't see a flake this winter.

A beautiful as it is, you need to get the snow off the boat.

That's a lot of weight on 4 little points.

The weight can crush the hulls around the trailer rollers.

How would that be any different(in terms of weight) then double stacking a boat on top?

I agree the weight of the snow could no way equal the 300lbs. of another boat sitting on top of the bottom one.

Its hard to tell, for sure anyway, in the snow picture if the trampoline is still on the boat.

If the tramp is still on the boat, knocking the snow off is VERY Important.
Snow Load is hard to gauge, but the higher the mositure content the heavier the load (Doh) but it adds up far faster than one would think.

We had a wet heavy snow storm here in Colorado a few years back that caved roofs, tore decks off the sides of houses, and generally created all kinds of havok.

However, if the trampoline has been removed from the frame, not much to worry about.
