We have one in the shop (for a bit) and shot a video that runs over the features and design front to back. I'm in love with this thing!

If you're in SoCal come by the Fred Hall LB show and see us this week. We have an 80' booth so we'll be hard to miss - OEX.

Hope a dealer will film some sea trials in good chop, big swells, and wind.

Then huli it and do a re-entry. Once it's righted (degree of difficulty??) the handles look good for getting back in.

If it can plow through the bad stuff at 2-3 knots it could be a decent ocean boat.

Weird... Maybe a You Tube problem. Now Chris can check out the rudder since [cough, cough] we don't have that information from the manufacturer.

We are planning a detailed Pro Angler video for the site soon. Just waiting for some new camera gear. We bought an HD camera and wanted to wait for it before doing any more video here.

Did Hobie have them kill it?

If so a pity as it showed off some neat stuff.

Maybe theydidn't like the 400lb joke.

Edit. Whoops. Just checked again as I missed Matt's post.

The vid is still there.

I look forward to deep water sea trials.

Yep--no problem with the vid at this end of the country either. Good job guys for an unscripted performance. A nice-looking craft with the usual Hobie design innovations--thanks.

Sorry about that.... For some reason, You Tube wasn't letting me in for a few minutes, despite several attempts to refresh and access it through different routes.

It was pointed out to me that the guys @ OEX may have the same problem with internal monologue that I have.... We say things we're thinking, even if it isn't politically correct.

I tend to respect it in others. Plus it has the added benefit of sometimes annoying the owner here.

:D

We're going out to film some on-the-water video right now. Taking an Outfitter as the chase/film boat. Hopefully have that edited (yes, we actually do edit it!) and online this afternoon.

More! More! More! I've watched that video a hundred times already. I can't wait to actually see one in person. I'm going to the canoe and kayak show at the end of this month in my area. I can't wait. GET THAT NEW VIDEO ON HERE !!! LOL. Alittle over anxious for someone just getting into the sport, huh?

I am getting one ASAP. Is the new video out? I just went to the Houston Fishing Show. Saw a PRO ANGLER in real life. Fishing Tackle Unlimited had one. Cant wait to see the on water stuff.
Brazos

PS. I only watched that OEX video 8 times.
