Whatever you get buy the entire wheel. Getting a new tire onto an old rim is a PITA.

I have the same wheels. Looked high and low for replacement tire but no joy. I did find a sand tire for an 8 inch rim though. I can't see your rim in the picture so I assume it is galvanized steel. Some of these kind of tires came integrated with a plastic rim that can't be fixed or replaced. I didn't buy one of these tires yet so I can't vouch for the fit. If you buy one let me know how or if it worked.

Is the tire just leaking, or is it a more catastrophic failure?

Almost any motorcycle dealership that handles ATV's should be able to get you a tube, as will many Ag stores/Co-Op's that do tire repair.

I think I have a used tire that holds a door open at the store. what size is your axle? I'll put air in it, if it hold just pay the shipping and its yours.

If they are like mine, these tires really aren't worth fixing. It is basically 25 year old rubber with splitting sidewalls.
