I just purchased a 2002 Wave. In preparation for the summer I am replacing the upper and lower bushings were the rudder castings mount on the pins. Can someone advise on which bushing goes where (tall and short bushings) as I'm not sure the previous owner had this correct.

If I place the two small bushings into the top casting hole (one inserted from the top and one from the bottom), it would appear the top most bushing could work its way out of the casting.

If I place one taller bushing in the top casting (inserted from the bottom hole) and the two smaller bushings in the lower casting, all appears to look good and tight. Is this correct?

Thanks
