Hey Guys: Every time I rerturn from a sail and remove drain plugs, air comes wooshing out of one of them and that hull never has even a drop of water come out of it. Can I just take a thin piece of wire and insert it into back of forward pylon to clear blockage?

Should be a small tube in the forward pylon. You can try to clear that or poke another hole through.

I wouldn't worry about it. Leave the plug out except when you're sailing and you should be OK. I had a 16 like that for 10 years.

I have the same situation. If I did want to unblock I would have to take tramp frame off. Correct?
I want you guys to know I love this site. I am a new sailor ( just started last year ) and love the forum. I read as much as I can because most of my questions have been answered before. (I don't wanna be one of [u]those[u] guys) 8)

Correct. The vent tube is inside the front pylon.
