My i-comfort seat has a small leak near the valve. Is there a way to repair it? How about the thermarest repair kit? If it can not be repaired is it covered under any warrany?

You can try the repair. It is covered by a one year warranty as are all Hobie built parts and accessories per the catalog's warranty statement.
