From Saturday 3 to Sunday 11 December 2016, you can enjoy the world of sailing boats, motorboats, board sports, equipment, new technologies, services, rentals, tourism and fishing, all on Show at the Porte de Versailles.

13 European Anglers will travel to Louisiana to compete the 6th Hobie Fishing Worlds. Lafourche Parish is set to host the 2016 Hobie Fishing World Championship from December 4-10 in Leeville. Hobie officials say they chose Lafourche Parish for the 6th annual tournament because of the quality of fishing throughout all seasons, water accessibility for kayaking, and southern hospitality. The anglers will hunt for Red Fish (Red Drum), Speckled trout & Flounder from the 6th of December. Each competitor will fish from an identically rigged 2017 Hobie Mirage Pro Angler 14.
